- At first the radial fiber work with glass tube when it is working, it is the radial circle light, it can do treatment for evlt endovenous laser treatment, hemorrhoids, proctology, pile soft tissue cutting, pldd treatment, fistula, fissure and also the endolift skin rejuvenation. After you use the fiber, and if the glass tube is still under good condition you can still use it continue
- If the glass tube is burned and can’t be used, you can cut the glass tube. And it will be the second usage that is soft tissue cutting, endolift ,fat burning, skin rejuvenation, wrinkle removal and so on.

This is the multifunction use radial fiber, after you cut the glass tube, you can continue to use this fiber. And the radial fiber will become to the normal optical bare fiber.
There is another radial fiber on the market with scale on the fiber, each sacle distance is 1cm with black dol. For such radial fiber is expensive and after the glass tube burned or can’t be used, this fiber will be useless and can’t be used any more. This type of fiber can only work with the glass tube, it is disposable.
