Precautions for optical fiber disinfection:

1. Sodium hypochlorite or low temperature plasma or ethylene oxide is recommended for disinfection.
2. Do not disinfect with high temperature and high pressure. The optical fiber wrapped in the metal head will be damaged due to degumming and displacement when heated.
3. If it is necessary to soak, the metal head should not be soaked with water, and the metal head must be left outside the disinfection box.
4. Disinfection time: 5-10 minutes.
