About our after sales service

We could send free parts to you if there is anything happened on the laser machine that caused because of quality problem after our engineer confirmed, if it is caused because of human factor, we will tell you how to do, and you can choose to buy parts on your local place or from our factory with bottom factory price. Our factory will check the laser and confirm the problem and offer the solution for free.

We offer 2 years warranty and the whole lifespan free technical supporting as long as you still use this laser.

Before you receive the laser, we will send you video on how to install the laser, how to install the handles, how to protect the fiber, laser and handles, how to maintain the laser and other files like user manual.

We provide lifelong free after-sales service and technical support, even a new user use this laser in future after 20 years, our factory will still offer service to the new users.
